Read the information carefully and fax the completed forms to (903) 786-7108. Your credit reports will be ordered and sent directly to you when you email stephanie_roux@msn.com the only thing that you must do is look for all three credit reports 2-3 weeks after you receive email confirmation that they have been ordered(free of charge) then fax all three to the above fax number(front side and back). You will repeat this process each time you receive the reports. This establishes a system of checks and balances so that you can keep track of our process and make note of the deletions from your credit reports as they happen!
